Shipping & Returns

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship out on Monday. Plan accordingly.

Orders received before 4:00 PM Monday through Friday (EST) are guaranteed to ship the same day.

Orders are shipped in a plain box or a box displaying the shipper’s name.

Orders are charged discreetly.

Refund Policy

Once your order has been received, you cannot return it. Also, if you place an order and decide to cancel it after it has been shipped, you are still responsible for the shipping costs. By purchasing anything from our website, you agree to these conditions.

On all refused orders, the customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee, plus all additional freight charges if reshipment is requested.

Shipping Schedule

All times shown below are Eastern Standard Time.

Priority Overnight Delivery: AM

Orders placed before 4:00 PM from Monday through Thursday will be delivered the following business day before 10:30 AM in most areas. Some rural areas may receive delivery by 3:00 PM.

If you are unsure, call the shipper at 1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877) and provide your ZIP code.

Overnight orders placed on Fridays will not be delivered until Monday unless Saturday delivery is requested. Saturday delivery includes an additional $11.00 charge.

Saturday deliveries are not available in rural zones.

Overnight Delivery: PM

Orders placed before 4:00 PM from Monday through Thursday will be delivered the following business day after 12:00 PM.

Overnight orders placed on Fridays will not be delivered until Monday after 12:00 PM unless Saturday delivery is requested. Saturday delivery includes an additional $11.00 charge.

2nd Day Delivery

Orders placed before 4:00 PM from Monday through Thursday will be delivered on the second business day before 6:30 PM.

Second Day orders placed on Thursdays will not be delivered until Monday.

Orders placed on Friday before 4:00 PM will be delivered on Tuesday before 6:30 PM.

Express Saver — 3 Business Days

Orders placed before 4:00 PM from Monday through Thursday will be delivered on the third business day before 6:30 PM.

Orders placed on Thursdays will not be delivered until Tuesday.

Orders placed on Friday before 4:00 PM will be delivered on Wednesday before 6:30 PM.

Saturday Delivery

To receive a package on Saturday, Saturday delivery must be specified when placing the order.

There is a $38.95 charge for Saturday delivery, plus an additional $11.00 fee added to the Priority Overnight delivery charge.

USPS Priority Mail — 2–7 Business Days

United States Only

Orders placed before 4:00 PM from Monday through Thursday will be delivered to the United States Postal Service the next day.

Use this option only if the package is being delivered to an APO, military base, or if you do not have a physical address and the package must be delivered to a post office box.

Please allow 3–8 business days for delivery.

We do not ship Overnight Delivery orders to a post office box.

International Delivery — 2–14 Business Days

Delivery time depends on customs — USPS

Orders placed before 4:00 PM from Monday through Thursday will be delivered to the United States Postal Service the next day for shipment.

Only use this option if the package is being delivered to an international address.

If you select another shipping method, we will correct it and charge the difference to your payment card.

Please allow 2–14 business days for delivery. Delivery times depend on customs.
